Ordering and payment

Orders can be placed online by filling out the order form.

After receiving the order, we will prepare an invoice and send it to the customer’s specified e-mail address.

Payment must be made using the details specified on the invoice.

Goods are reserved and delivered only after full payment has been received.

Delivery

Delivery is possible by courier to any specified address in Latvia or the Baltics.

Delivery costs and terms are specified at the time of ordering.

During the rally, MRF tire orders are delivered free of charge directly to the service park.

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Returns and warranty

Tires can only be returned unused and in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returns, except in cases where the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

The manufacturer’s warranty only covers manufacturing defects, not damage caused during use or rally competitions.

Other conditions

We reserve the right to change prices, availability and terms and conditions, informing the customer in advance before confirming the order.
